Think, “I have the perfect body for me” when you first wake up, when you look at yourself in a mirror, when you see a beautiful woman walk past you in the grocery store, and especially when you watch a movie, a TV show, and / or pick up a glossy magazine.
Imagine how much energy you would have if you didn’t criticize, judge or compare your body with others? You would have energy for the really important things in your life, to think really kind thoughts about yourself and others, to make the world a better place.
You were born with the perfect shape for you— for your soul, for your journey. It isn’t possible to have or inhabit another. Why would you want to trade in your perfect package, your gift, your unique expression in the world, in exchange for something more ideal, perfect, symmetrical? What exists in nature that is perfect, ideal, symmetrical? Nothing. And yet every tree, rock, and creature is spectacular in its own shape and form.
Such exquisite beauty.
The perfect in the imperfection.
I see every woman I meet as a beautiful creation— as a gift to this world.
My wish is that you all feel that, deep inside you, and share it with us all. I strongly believe the more we can love, accept and cherish the outer casings of our soul, the more energy we will have to serve. Not to mention how much more fun we can have!
Women who feel, and own, their own beauty have the power to change this world.
